Deposits: $100.00 (Non Refundable) is requested to reserve an Event Date. 50% Deposit is required 30 days in advance. Final payment no later than the day of the event.

Additional Charges: Current Sales Tax, Prep, Staff & Labor Hours and Gratuity (based on food and beverage) will be added to the balance.

Original Red Oak Buckboard Pit: $175.00 for 1 Buckboard and $275.00 for 2 Buckboards, Maintenance, Wood, and Liability are included in the price.

Travel Fee will be added for Drop-Offs and Delivery with Server.

Event Fees: Rentals (Tables, Chairs, Table Cloths, etc) Entertainment, Games and Activities are additional. **We can take care of all the catering needs. Call For Quotes.
